Thank you for choosing Limer. We are committed to delivering your botanical hair color experience as smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping timelines, costs, and delivery options.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union.
We are working to expand our reach—if your country is not listed, please contact us to express interest.

Please note: Delivery times begin once your order has been processed and shipped, not when the order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.


📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.


✈️ International Shipping & Customs

  • All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where applicable—no surprise fees at delivery.

  • Some regions may require customs clearance, which can add 2–5 business days to the estimated delivery time.

  • Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations for cosmetic products.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into your Limer account to view real-time updates. If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team.


📮 Shipping Address & Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • If you need to change your address after ordering, contact us within 12 hours. Once shipped, we cannot modify the destination.


📦 Package Insurance & Loss/Damage

  • All orders are insured against loss or damage during transit.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Q: Do you offer same-day shipping?
A: Orders placed before 12 PM EST on business days are processed the same day.

Q: Can I ship to a PO box?
A: Yes, both Standard and Express shipping support delivery to PO boxes.

Q: What if I’m not home when my package arrives?
A: Standard shipping does not require a signature. Express shipping requires one—if you’re unavailable, a slip will be left with follow-up instructions.

Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may vary.
