For US orders, standard shipping costs $5.99 for orders under $45. Orders of $45 or more qualify for free standard shipping, which is automatically applied at checkout.

Please note: The estimated delivery window of 5–10 business days already includes our standard 1–3 business days of order processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

📦 Order Processing

Our team carefully packs and prepares all orders within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email complete with your tracking link.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking link. You can also log into your Limer account at any time to view real-time shipping updates. If your tracking status hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days, please reach out to our support team so we can look into it for you.

📮 Shipping Address & Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

  • If you spot a mistake and need to change your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a package has been shipped, we cannot modify the destination.

📦 Package Insurance & Loss/Damage

  • Every Limer order is fully insured against loss or damage while in transit.

  • In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can quickly arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: While orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-8) enter our system the same day, please allow 1–3 business days for quality checks, packing, and dispatch.

Q: Can I ship to a PO box?
A: Currently, we are unable to deliver standard shipping orders to PO boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

Q: What if I’m not home when my package arrives?
A: Our standard shipping does not require a signature, so the carrier will typically leave the package in a safe spot at your delivery address.

Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery times to these locations may vary.
