Returns

  1. We do not accept the return of non-quality requirement.
  2. Order cannot be cancelled once it’s in the proccessing stage.
  3. Please contact us at service@limer-global.com if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
  4. You must submit all return requests within 14 days of your package being delivered. (Only for items shipped from www.limer-global.com)

Note: Returns for a refund are credited to your original payment method.

How to get refund/exchange of the damaged/defected product?

  1. Email us within 14 days of your package being delivered. Emails should include your order number and problem description, better with pictures.
  2. We will check with you about your requirement, refund or exchange.
  3. We will send you the return address after receiving your return request.
  4. Once we receive your package, we will processa refund/exchange in accordance with this policy. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Exchanged package will be delivered in 3-20 days.
