Returns
- We do not accept the return of non-quality requirement.
- Order cannot be cancelled once it’s in the proccessing stage.
- Please contact us at service@limer-global.com if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
- You must submit all return requests within 14 days of your package being delivered. (Only for items shipped from www.limer-global.com)
Note: Returns for a refund are credited to your original payment method.

How to get refund/exchange of the damaged/defected product?
- Email us within 14 days of your package being delivered. Emails should include your order number and problem description, better with pictures.
- We will check with you about your requirement, refund or exchange.
- We will send you the return address after receiving your return request.
- Once we receive your package, we will processa refund/exchange in accordance with this policy. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Exchanged package will be delivered in 3-20 days.
